Individual participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win the SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpot. Special arrangements may be made by contest organizers that permit individuals younger than 18 years of age to compete for prizes. Please see your local PGA professional, golf course operator or tournament organizer for specific details.
A player does not need to play a complete 9- or 18-hole round to compete for and potentially win the SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpot. Please consult your local PGA professional or golf course operator and abide by any and all local course rules.
A player may play more than one shot on a hole equipped with a SmartPin to compete for and potentially win the SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpot. A separate entry is required for each attempt. Ace Golf Technologies will be in contact with prize winners immediately after a hole in one to gather important participant information, including and not limited to IRS form W-9/1099 details. Payments will be processed and distributed to SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-one Jackpot winners at the end of each month where a hole in one is recorded.
The SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpot will be updated on a daily basis at midnight Hawaii–Aleutian Standard Time (UTC -10). The jackpot will roll forward and increase in value if there is no winner the prior day. If there is a winner or multiple winners, the jackpot will be reset to $10,000 and the prior day’s jackpot will be distributed to the winner(s).
Golf Course Operators
A facility may design an event solely around the SmartPin Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpot. A separate entry is required for each attempt to win the jackpot. All SmartPin rules of engagement must be followed at all times.
Ace Golf Technologies is excited to share revenue with our registered SmartPin golf course operators and associations. SmartPin operators have real-time access to their account activity at all times allowing you to monitor SmartPin use 24/7. At the conclusion of each month, Ace Golf Technologies will automatically email you a Statement and issue payment to the course. ACH payments are our preferred method, but for those that still enjoy a trip to the mailbox, we can still send a check.

Yes, a facility may lend or rent its SmartPin flagstick to another facility or tournament organization. It is critical the Ace Golf Technologies be notified of the new location and dates and times of planned usage in order to accurately adjust the GPS tracking information. Please notify us by email (email@acegolf.golf) at least three (3) days prior to using the SmartPin flagstick at a different location.

SmartPin is currently available for golf facilities in Florida, Minnesota, North Carolina and South Carolina. We will be adding new states as quickly as practical.
