SmartPin® and its Ace app are available for the public to use to compete in our National Hole-In-One Jackpot and other authorized competitions, but the owner, Ace Golf Technologies LLC (AGT), does NOT attempt to exploit or monetize your personal data.

Ace Golf Technologies will NOT send you any emails, text messages or any other forms of communication other than those that occur as a natural result of your using site/app features or that you have explicitly signed up to receive, and you can opt out of at any time. For example, if you are invited to participate in a SmartPin Jackpot or other competition, you’ll receive an invitation email or text message.

Ace Golf Technologies will NOT sell your personally identifiable information but will make it available to our service providers and business partners when necessary to conduct business.

Why does AGT provide this service without monetizing the use of the data collected on the site? 

We believe golf is the greatest game ever invented and we want to help more people enjoy the game. We created SmartPin with the goal of making golf more exciting so people will play more often. If people play more golf and compete more often in our National Hole-In-One Jackpot and other competitions, Jackpots will be larger and our customers (primarily golf course owners and operators) will be more successful and will be more likely to offer the Jackpot to their customers.
